Let me introduce myself
About Me
I've been building tech teams and products since the first commit. What drives me as much as the technical side is people: hiring, growing talent, and creating the conditions for a team to deliver its best work. Today, AI is an integral part of how I work and how the teams I lead operate.
At Alenvi, I joined as the first developer in a social enterprise dedicated to elderly home care. I built the technical foundations of the product, hired the development team, and supported the company's growth through a €1.1M fundraise and a partnership with the French Ministry of Health.
At EagleAI, I grew with the company until its acquisition by Eagle Eye for €38.8M. I led a major technical migration, structured the team, and presented the tech roadmap to the Eagle Eye board in England.
Most recently at Partoo, a B2B SaaS scale-up with 400+ employees, I combined management, hands-on technical contribution, and product vision, particularly on the roadmap.
What motivates me: taking something from zero, hiring the right people, making the right technical decisions, and shipping. Tech in service of the business.
